One of the most unique aspects of the Hideaway Experience is that it incorporates healthy life choices into the four-day intensive. Privileging above all else the importance of an individual relationship with Jesus Christ, The Hideaway works to incorporate healthy decision-making, healthy thinking, and healthy living all beginning on the property.

Getting to the facility begins the journey for husband and wife. Nestled in the midst of the Texas plain country, the narrow road to the property quickly reveals breath-taking views of Mulberry Creek Canyon. The layers of sedimentary dirt seem as though they were painted to reflect the most brilliant of colors.

Upon arrival at the facility guests are welcomed by hosts Steve and Rajan and then led to their private room where they will lodge for the duration of the intensive. After dinner the first night the couples are allowed to explore all that The Hideaway and the surroundings have to offer. Numerous walking and running trails provide opportunities for exercise and casual strolls to process.

The Hideaway prides itself at being a comprehensive experience. No one aspect of the intensive resort is better than the other. Collectively the property, the staff, and the media free environment create a place for healing between husband and wife.

One of the most mysterious elements of The Hideaway is mealtime. Entirely prepared by the on site staff, each day involves 3 well-rounded opportunities to taste the excellence of the facility. Guests find themselves anticipating what each meal experience will involve and find comfort in the family style dining experience. All cooking, serving, and cleaning is done by the staff and while they believe that food simply tastes better on the property, others have ranted and raved over the country elegance at meals.

One of the most well known moments in Jesus' ministry is the day He fed the 5,000. In Matthew 14 it talks about how even after He fed the families of the 5,000, there were pieces left over. No one left the meal hungry. Everyone found more than enough for what they needed.

The staff at the Hideaway believes in this idea. They want hungry guests to pull up to their banqueting table and feast on everything the Lord has to offer. From therapeutic healing to an excessive amount of chocolate cookies, the bounty is full at the Hideaway. Come.

Come and pull up to the table.
